This handcrafted band is approximately 8.5mm. Each ring holds a 6mm x 8mm oval stone on the outside and a 4mm x 6mm oval stone on the inside. The outer stone is a public symbol of your energy, while the inner stone lies directly against the skin, unseen from the outside, keeping your true strength secret but acting as a daily reminder of what you want to achieve.
