I loved the hammered look of the ring(when I started) as it reminded me of my imperfections and the holes created by life. When dissolving the paper with the ring there was a dark cloud(perfectly round) leaving the rings location in the water. Hammering the ring at completion felt positive and like I was gaining some control over my life. The affirmations were great and empowering. I am glad I joined the journey.
